Listening to the land

When creating Belvedere’s site plan, we threw out the puzzles pieces and the beige boxes and tuned our ears to what the land was telling us. Respecting the land and respecting the residents became the top priority when designing Belvedere’s site plan. So our site plan isn’t solely about density or dollars, but rather a recipe for an eclectic, thriving community that lives in balance with nature.
