5+ Miles of Trails — Staying connected is what it's all about. We have installed several trails throughout Belvedere that connect to the greater Rivanna trail system throughout Charlottesville. Click here to view the map.

Green Space — Belvedere is all about life. Human and natural life. The living breathing earth that surrounds us. And we’ve left a lot of that intact for you to enjoy including primitive walking trails, a river front, an organic farm, even pocket parks possibly one right near your new home.

Town Center — No place is really a place without a center, a hub around which a community can revolve. At Belvedere, it’s our town center where you’ll find the gym and retail space that will include a coffee shop, a brew pub and maybe even a bakery.
