October 17th, 2007, chairs are set up at the Stonehaus office to prepare for almost 70 guests attending to hear about Belvedere Neighborhood.

Project Manager, LJ Lopez, Director of Land Development, Chris Schooley, and Project Manager, Nate Cunningham are ready for the exciting evening ahead.

The night begins with organic wine and catered hors d'oeuvres while attendees browsed both Church Hill Homes and Hauser Homes display areas.

Bob Hauser, president and CEO, welcomes the group to the Information Session.

Bob emphasizes Stonehaus' commitment to stewardship and "getting kids off the couch" and playing outdoors.

With close to 70 attendees, it was standing room only at Stonehaus.

The presentation featured Chris Schooley who spoke to the vision, values, and amenities of the Belvedere Neighborhood.
