Some dreams are realized

Belvedere started out as a dream about building a community the right way. Not a developer's dream, but a dream shared with the community about how they wanted to live. Together we breathed life into that dream and Belvedere was born.

Belvedere has become Charlottesville's most desireable new home neighborhood, leading the market in new-construction, single family, detached home sales in 2009. Belvedere is making huge strides towards the original vision of becoming a virbant, walkable neighborhood with a diverse mix of housing, office and retail uses.
